Help & Information
As an Electronic
Whiteboard shopper, there are 5 primary features that you should consider:
- Paper Source: This is the most important decision for
Panaboard shoppers. The options available are thermal paper or plain paper;
whichever you prefer (Plain paper has better quality and durability).
- Writing Area: This is referring to the
writing space on the board. You will have to choose a writing area size that will
be appropriate for the presentations that will be given.
- Number of Panels: This is the number of
panels that can be used simultaneously in a presentation. For example, with a
2-panel board, you can draw a graph or other graphic on one "panel", then press a button
to rotate a new panel to the front where you can continue on with your presentation. Later,
you can press the button again, and the panel with your graph will scroll back to the front. Of
course, a 4-panel board has similar capabilities, with four panels.
- PC Connectivity: Do you want to be able
to interface your whiteboard with your PC to store files electronically and print
to external printers? If so, be sure to choose a whiteboard that is PC ready, or buy the
necessary options to make the board you want PC ready.
- Color Printing: Do you want to be able
to print from your electronic whiteboard in full color?
That's the
basics. If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to
